Bad Weather for A Week and Broken DSL connection

Yup, we haven't seen the sun hereabouts for almost a week now. and today, when we woke up, internet connection is down in our area, all the way to my colleague's house, all the way to our embassy. (Yup, I was anxious and called to ask people if they all have internet)

Thank heavens for wifi.  I quickly scored wifi connection from my very generous neighbors who don't bother to keep their connections locked with a wep password.  

So I'm still connected, thank heavens, although, I can't connect from my bed. 

The family and I are going indoor shopping today.  The weather's been awfull but we gotta brave it.  We can't stay here all the time.
