although I know I shouldn't be laughing at faults like this, it's really not the poor girl's fault.  i guess we are not so fortunate at all not having dumb blondes in our country.  We have an entirely different breed.  the blame should be on the stupid judges who must have had a heyday and decided to play a prank on the country with this, and on the organizers who had this one pass the screening.haaaaaay kakahiya. hahahahaha.  so much for our national proficiency in English.
