Snippets of how I spent Christmas Eve


At my colleague Deena's really classy pad, here in Brussels.

I made my world famous (about the only dish I know how to prepare, and I don't even have to cook) Mediterranean Salad ala il Signorino to contribute for this potluck Christmas dinner.

It's world famous, because I've contributed this the world over, wherever I visited that required me to make something up or bring a dish, potluck affairs and all. hehe. from Cebu, to Chiang Mai, to Alcoy in Spain, to Frankfurt, to Mexico City, to Austin TX, hehe.
